SGDiploCar is intended only for Singapore-based diplomatic missions, international organizations and their authorized members. By using the platform, users agree to provide accurate registration and vehicle information.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they choose to provide in their listings. SGDiploCar does not require every vehicle-related matter to be listed on the platform. Users should independently verify and handle any matters that may be relevant to a proposed transfer or arrangement, including ownership, vehicle condition, pricing, payment, handover, registration, insurance or other applicable procedures where relevant.

Platform Role

SGDiploCar does not guarantee vehicle condition, price, ownership, transaction success, payment, insurance or transfer. SGDiploCar is not a dealer, broker, agent, escrow provider, payment processor, legal adviser or financial adviser.

Auto-filled Vehicle Information

SGDiploCar may provide an optional tool to help pre-fill vehicle information fields from an uploaded LTA vehicle registration document. This tool is provided for convenience only. Users remain responsible for reviewing, correcting and confirming all information before posting vehicle information. SGDiploCar does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of PDF-extracted, OCR-generated or auto-filled information.

Prohibited Use

Users must not impersonate others, submit false information, upload unlawful or privacy-infringing content, scrape or harvest data, send spam, abuse inquiry features, upload malicious files or attempt to interfere with platform security.

Moderation

SGDiploCar may review, hide, suspend or delete accounts, listings or content that appears inaccurate, inappropriate, unsafe, abusive or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
